All project requests are subject to approval by Directors and the Dean.

Share your News: Social Media and Press
Let us know about your good news! We will plan to share it on appropriate social media channels, through a press release, or both. The level of press a submission receives is at the discretion of School Directors and the Dean.
Share Event Information
Hosting an event? Let us know and we can share it with targeted audiences on the WVU Calendar, through e-communications, social media, or all of the above. Submissions to this form are shared with CCA Production and Facilities to ensure all teams are using the same information for ticketing.

Do you need to update an existing webpage or would you like to discuss creating something new?
Please use the Web Project form if you would like to add a new page to an existing website. WVU maintains a set of web standards and is required to have accessible webpages; content will be edited accordingly to follow these guidelines.

Graphic Design Services
Our team can help you stand out while leveraging the WVU Brand with a creative and professional approach. Submit the Graphic Design Project Form to request the following services: print design including cards, brochures, social media graphics, etc. and paid print advertisements. Please note, our office is not able to create event flyers or concert posters. WVU business cards, letterhead and envelopes can be ordered through Mountaineer Marketplace. Paid Social Media Advertising Services
We can help promote your initiative using branded communications with social media advertising. Please confirm budget and approval with your School Director and consider timeline before submission.
Photography & Video
In need of a photographer or video services? Our team relies on the services of University Relations for all photography and filming or video related to marketing initiatives. To coordinate WVU Photography, have your Director email Bernadette Dombrowski at bernadette.dombrowski@mail.wvu.edu for help with scheduling or to add any photos to the CCA SmugMug Archive.
